Vivek Bhattacharjee

Vivek Bhattacharjee

ICN ACT President

At just 31 years old, Vivek Bhattacharjee brings over a decade of experience and impact within the fitness industry—most notably through his continuous involvement with ICN (I Compete Natural) since 2014.

Vivek began his journey with ICN as an event sponsor through Canberra’s largest fitness apparel brand. In 2015, he stepped on stage as a competitor, going on to compete in 13 shows and earning his ICN Men's Fitness Pro Card in 2019. His deepening commitment to the federation led him to transition behind the scenes in 2020, when he became the ICN ACT Event Manager. His first show under this role took place just two days before Australia entered a nationwide COVID-19 lockdown, highlighting his ability to lead in challenging circumstances.

In 2023, Vivek was appointed Vice President of ICN ACT, where he launched the federation's first-ever Pay-Per-View model. In 2024, he co-promoted the inaugural ICN World Natural Games—the first multi-sport event in the federation’s history. In 2025, he was named President of ICN ACT, continuing his mission to innovate and elevate the sport of natural bodybuilding.

Alongside his work with ICN, Vivek is a successful entrepreneur and multi-site business owner, operating retail stores across the ACT and NSW. He formerly served as the National Sales Manager for Elite Supps Australia, overseeing operations nationwide, and is now a franchisee of the brand.

Nick Boutzos

Nick Boutzos

ICN Australia President

Nick Boutzos is widely regarded as one of the most influential and respected leaders in the natural bodybuilding industry. With a leadership journey spanning over two decades, Nick has built a reputation for his unwavering integrity, strategic vision, and relentless commitment to excellence.

In 2001, at just 25 years old, Nick was appointed Vice President of ICN ACT. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a rare combination of business acumen and leadership maturity, becoming the driving force behind ICN’s evolution into a commercially sustainable and professionally operated federation. His ability to build strong relationships and bring in leading industry partners reshaped the way natural bodybuilding was promoted in Australia.

In 2004, Nick became the youngest President in ICN history, taking over ICN ACT and leading it for 21 consecutive years. Under his steady hand, the division became known for its world-class event delivery, athlete-focused culture, and operational consistency. Nick’s leadership style—decisive, collaborative, and always focused on long-term growth—set a national standard.

Elevated to ICN Australian President in 2025, Nick has continued to inspire a new generation of promoters and athletes alike. His leadership was instrumental in delivering the 2024 ICN World Titles, one of the largest and most successful events in the federation’s history.

Outside the bodybuilding world, Nick is also an accomplished sports promoter, best known for his work in boxing and kickboxing. With numerous televised events on Fox Sports, he earned a national reputation for excellence in event management, athlete promotion, and audience engagement.

A true visionary, Nick Boutzos leads with purpose, clarity, and passion—qualities that have shaped the past, present, and future of ICN in Australia and beyond.

Bowen McDonald

Bowen McDonald

ICN Co-Victorian President

I’ve been part of the natural bodybuilding world since birth. My earliest memories are set backstage at competitions, in venues echoing with the energy and passion of athletes chasing excellence the natural way. As the son of ICN founder Wayne McDonald, this sport isn’t something I discovered, it’s something I was raised in. From the earliest days of ICN’s formation, I’ve watched it grow from an ambitious vision into a truly global federation. This lifelong exposure has given me a perspective that few others share. I don't just understand how a show works, I instinctively know how it should feel, run and evolve.

Now, at 19, I’m proud to serve as the Victorian President of ICN alongside Orlando Lanciano, with hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of the sport. I’ve trained as a judge, assisted with international shows, and regularly supported major events with responsibilities including athlete registration, drug testing coordination, and backstage operations. My years of behind-the-scenes involvement have given me a deep, instinctive understanding of how a successful natural bodybuilding show should run, not just technically, but with integrity and athlete care at the forefront.

My long-term goal is to carry forward the legacy of natural bodybuilding and eventually step into the role of ICN World President. While that will be many years away I’m committed to ensuring the federation continues to evolve while staying true to its founding principles

This sport has shaped my life from the beginning and I’m here to shape its future.
